Dear mbak Inda dan mbak Ika,

Saya juga ndak tau apa itu Rengkong!..hahah. Saya nemuin ini di Ranch Market
dan staffnya waktu itu bilang enak untuk di sup atau digoreng2.

Setelah ngublek2 google, ternyata Rengkong itu akar teratai. (Lotus Root)
Dan katanya makanan yg umum di Asia terutama South East Asia. Kok kita ndak
tau ya?..hihih

Dear bunda,
Sy barusan dapat ikan salai (ikan kering dan tipis karena di asap) ,bisa share resep na gak? Secara bingung nih,mo diapain..tau nya cuma di masak gulai aja..kan bosen..
Di apain lagi ya enak nyaa?
