NOTE:The speaker has informed me that, due to the arrival time of his
flight, he may not be able to arrive at the UI Physics Dept earlier than 2
PM. Thus, I am hereby announcing that the lecture will start at 2 PM,
instead of 1.30 PM. Please be there today at 2 PM or earlier.
