[Ask] Cara bikin Baso Goreng

Saya sering pergi makan di restoran dan saya sering melihat dijual baso goreng udang yg bentuk besar tapi kalau dimakan dalamnya agak kosong (kopong) alias tidak padat .... Jadi mirip seperti tahu pong tapi kalau ini baso goreng.

Ada yg punya resepnya gak yah?

Saya sudah coba berbagai cara untuk membuatnya, bahkan pernah saya pakai soda kue dengan harapan bisa kosong ditengahnya ... tapi GATOT (gagal total) ... alhasil baso goreng yg saya buat tetap padat berisi.
