iy, yang sy butuhkan citra mikrostruktur logam ferro atau steel alloy...?!

Coba cek di website beberapa produsen mikroskop optik seperti Olympus
(http://www.olympusamerica.com/seg_industrial/index.asp) atau Keyence
(http://www.keyence.com/products/microscope/microscope/microscope.php). Mereka
memiliki software untuk pengolahan citranya. Untuk software image analyzer nya,
kadang software ImageJ (freeware) menjadi salahsatu favorit scientist).

Mudah2an berguna.
