Soal masalah berhasil atau tidaknya download file dr torrent, ada beberapa
hal yang harus diperhatikan :

1. tracker tempat file tersebut di daftarkan. Semakin banyak trackernya,
kemungkinan mendapatkan seeder lebih banyak. Jadi kemungkinan untuk download
cepet kelar lebih banyak.

2. jumlah seeder yang mempunyai file dan mau untuk berbagi filenya. Semakin
banyak seedernya, file anda semakin cepat selesai dengan catatan seeder
tersebut mau berbagi filenya dengan anda. Kadang kala seeder punya syarat
tertentu untuk berbagi file, misalnya, seeder hanya mau berbagi jika koneksi
yang mendownload (leecher) ini kencang dsb.

3. Benwith, kalo benwith anda pas-pasan jgn memaksakan diri download dari
torrent. Sebagian besar benwith yang ada akan digunakan oleh torrent jika
torrent client tidak diatur secara bijaksana.

4. Firewall, cek firewall anda, baik dr sisi anda, maupun dr isp/provider
anda. Port yang anda gunakan untuk bermain torrent apakah dibuka apa tidak.

merupakan bagian dari sharing atau solusi :)

untuk TS, silakan coba install flashget dan mulailah untuk melakukan
testing. Reportnya ditunggu disini yah :) Biar yang lain pada tahu hasilnya.

saya sendiri bukan pemakai flashget untuk torrent client di pc saya
(windows), untuk torrent sehari-hari saya pakai utorrent untuk di windows
dan bittornado di freebsd. saya gunakan client tersebut dikarenakan tracker
dimana saya sering download (bs,bitme,tl,gfxnews) memang mempunyai peraturan
mengenai torrent client yang diijinkan.

saya cuplikan isi faq mengenai hal tersebut di beberapa private torrent yang
saya gunakan :
