Dibuat utk isinya Nasi bakar aja bunda. Tumis Ikan yg dihancurkan dg bwg merah,putih,Laos,serai,daun salam,kemangi,cabe.masukkan dlm nasi kmdn bungkus dg daun pisang.bakar.

Direbus dulu agak diketok pakai ulekan sambel..kyk ikan rowa gitu..trus di suwir2 br di goreng.Angkat.Bikin bumbu balado trus goreng bumbu baladonya masukin deh ikannya...
