Krn saus spaghetti carbonara cenderung creamy, maka menggunakan krim kental.

Bisa kok didapatkan di supermarket besar atau toko (yg khusus menjual) bahan kue..

Sependek yg aku tahu krim kental itu thickened cream, tetapi kalau tidak ada
bisa diganti dengan cooking cream (yg punya ini elle and vire). Tapi kalau
tetep gak ada bisa diganti dengan whipping cream.

Dulu banget di thn 95 aku pernah sempat beli thickened cream merek Paul's tp
kaya'nya sekarang dah gak ada lagi. Jadi sebagai penggantinya pakai aja
whipping cream. Kalau bisa yg dairy biar dapat gurihnya. Kalau yg non-dairy
ntar rasanya jadi manis.

Whipping cream yang dairy antara lain elle and vire, anchor, greenfields,
Kalau merek sih aku tergantung selera dan kebutuhan ya. Kalau perlu sedikit
bisa beli anchor atau elle and vire kemasan kecil (200 gr-an), kalau perlu
dalam jumlah banyak bisa beli yg kemasan 1 liter.

Kalau yg non-dairy cair : roselle, vivo, rich;s, ambiante.

Untuk memperluas pengetahuan ttg apa itu krim, ini ada link yang bagus untuk
mengenal bebagai macam krim.

Bisa pake merk anchor,klo anchor kemasannya yg Kecil di dus 250 gr warna biru.
Resep makaroni skotel:
Makaroni 225 gr
1 sdm myk goreng
Bwg putih 3 siung
Bwg bombay 1 buah
300 gr daging asap/ayam cincang/daging cincang/udang/kornet
800 cc susu cair
8 butir telur,kocok
1,5 sdt garam
1 sdt merica
200 gr keju cheddar
50 gr keju cheddar utk taburan

Cara membuat:
Rebus makaroni dg myk goreng dan garam sedikit.slth matang siram dg air spy tdk lengket
Tumis margarin dg bwg putih dan bombay cincang.masukkan daging asap/ayam asap/ayam atau daging cincang/udang/kornet. Beri garam,merica.
Kocok telur dlm wadah,campur dg susu cair,aduk rata.
Masukkan makaroni dan tumisan daging,masukkan keju parut,aduk rata.olesi pinggan dg margarin,taruh dlm pinggan tahan panas/loyang.
Taburi keju lagi.panggang sampai matang.

Mau share juga niy, kalo saya bikin perkedel nya seperti ini : kentang kupas potong lalu goreng trus tumbuk. Lalu untuk bumbu saya kasih lada, bawang merah & putih goreng secukupnya, garam sesuai selera, sagu sedikit saja, dan kadang saya kasih irisan cabe merah tipis2 bisa juga gak pake cabe. Nah kalo saya telurnya langsung di campur ke adonan lalu aduk rata. Tinggal cetak dan goreng.

Bener mbak saya juga sama caranya membuat perkedel seperti yang mbak bilang, hanya bedanya saya tidak pake daun bawang, bawang putihnya sy iris tipis trus digoreng diulek halus ,bumbu lain sama juga dan untuk campuran dagingnya saya pake kornet beef.

Dan digoreng dg lumuran kocokan telur. Gitu aja dah enak...anak2 makan sama nasi dan perkedel panas2 bisa nambah2 he3x. Semoga membantu ya mbak.

Aku sih biasa bkin kaya gini:kentang dikupas, trus dipotong2 n digoreng dulu..abis itu ditumbuk biar hancur. Untuk bumbu: garam, merica bubuk, pala(optional), trus ksh daun bawang/seledri. Kalo mau ada dagingny bs pake kornet yg praktis, smua bahan dicampur, trus dibentuk sesuai slera, sblm digoreng dicelup dulu ke telur yg sdh dikocok...selesai deh :)

Saya coba share ya

100 gr daging asap (potong kotak2 kecil) / bisa ganti 100 gr sosis (iris tipis2)
250 ml cooking cream / bisa ganti susu cair (ultra plain)
2 siung bawang putih,haluskan.
Garam merica secukupnya
Gula utk penyedap
1 butir telur
1 pak pasta fettucini (rebus dan tiriskan)
Parsley dan oregano
1 sdm olive oil

Cara membuat saus krim :
- tumis b.putih hingga harum,masukkan krim,aduk dengan api kecil.
-masukkan daging dan parsley+oregano,garammericagula aduk rata.
-matikan api,kemudian masukan telur dan aduk 2 menit sampe menyatu dg krim.
-campur pasta dgn saus krimnya.

Saya udah beberapa kali nyoba bikin lontong. Beras nya saya masak sampai setengah matang trus saya masukkan ke kantong. Trus saya tusuk kantongnya pake garpu. Saya isi setengah kantong. Lalu rebus selanjutnya saya kukus. Tapi koq jadinya gak begitu padat ya? Masih kelihatan seperti nasi gitu.

1. Dibungkus pakai daun pisang, bukan plastik

2. Beras tidak perlu dimasak dulu sampai setengah.matang. Tapi beras langsung dimasukkan ke dalam daun pisang.

Membuat lontong bisa juga dengan cara aron (masak setengah matang) dulu. Tapiii kalau membuat lontong dengan cara ini mengisi plastik/membungkus daun dengan diisi PENUH. Berbeda dg membuat dari beras yang memang hanya diisi setengah dari bungkusnya.

Untuk perebusan, dilakukan selama 4 jam atau 1 jam bila menggunakan panci tekan/presto. Insya Allah lontongnya sukses.

Kalau pakai plastik dikhawatirkan menjadi pemicu kanker dan penyakit lainnya, tidak baik bagi kesehatan.

Membuat lontong bisa juga dengan cara aron (masak setengah matang) dulu. Tapiii kalau membuat lontong dengan cara ini mengisi plastik/membungkus daun dengan diisi PENUH. Berbeda dg membuat dari beras yang memang hanya diisi setengah dari bungkusnya.

Untuk perebusan, dilakukan selama 4 jam atau 1 jam bila menggunakan panci tekan/presto. Insya Allah lontongnya sukses.

Bahan :
1 kg ketan
500 ml santan kental
2 lembar daun pandan
1 sdm garam

Cara membuat :

1. Rendam ketan selama 4-5 jam lalu tiriskan.
2. Kukus ketan hingga setengah matang sementara itu masak santan hingga
mendidih, kemudian masukkan santan panas kedalam ketan panas2, aduk dan
diamkan hingga santan terserap habis atau hingga ketan menjadi aron.
3. Kukus lagi selama 30 menit hingga benar2 tanak.

Bahan isi :
250 gr ayam rebus suwir-suwir
6 butir bawang merah )
4 butir bawang putih ) haluskan utk bumbu yg ditumis
3 cm kencur )
1 sdm daun seledri rajang halus
3 sdm gula
1 sdt garam
1 sdt lada
200 ml santan kental

Cara membuat :

1. Tumis bumbu dengan minyak goreng hingga harum.
2. Masukkan daging ayam suwir, aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan santan,garam,gula & lada,masukkan seledri masak hingga
matang dan kering.
4. Dinginkan terlebih dahulu sebelum diisikan ke dalam ketan.

Tambahin tepung roti panko mbak/bunda. Nanti akan semakin krispi.
Buat adonan kentalnya dari campuran tepung yang sama. Masukkan ayamnya ke dalam
larutan tepung kental
dan kemudian masukkan ke dalam campuran tepung kering. Bisa dua kali kembali
ke tahap pertama.

Mohon share resep tepung bumbu dong, sebab anak2 saya suka sekali menu gorengan
seperti ayam goreng, udang goreng, dory goreng, selama ini saya pakai tepung
bumbu merek kobe atau sasa, tapi kan itu ada pengawet dan vetsin dsb, pengennya
sih bikin yang homemade biar lebih sehat.
