2.: Win 7 Starter + ESS + Mobile Sync

Mau tanya ya,
Saya ada Netbook dengan Win7 starter edition, sebelum saya install Eset Smart Secutiry, Sync antara Netbook dengan Handphone HTC otomatis jalan begitu USB Handphone di tancapkan. Setelah ESS di install Windows Mobile Sync nya gak jalan. Begitu ESS di unisntall, Mobile Sync langsung jalan lagi.
Kira kira setting dimana yang kurang atau salah ya??
Mohon pencerahannya ya..... Sebelumnya terima kasih....

1. kalau mau instal program syarat minimalnya ada net framework ver 3.0 kalau
aku instal ver 4.0 gimana ya ?
2. kalau direct x, pengaruh nggak pada kualitas tampilan lcd/ monitor pc, apa
bedanya direct -x lama sama direct-x yang baru ?

Drivernya sudah di install belom?? coba di cek di device manager statusnya disable/enable? mungkin juga bisa virus
