DCC itu dark cooking chocolate mbak.Misalnya di supermarket atau di toko
bahan kue ada yg merek Collata, Tulip, Mercolade, dll.

hehe..aku belum pernah buat kalau soes kering.
Tapi logika aku sih, sama aja dengan sus biasa.
Hanya manggangnya kudu sampai bener2 kering. Ini yang belum pernah coba..

maaf...gak bisa bantu...

Mba rosa, klo bikin sus kering sama juga ya resep dan cara pembuatannya,
cuma di spuit kecil2 kan?

sus kempes, artinya sus dikeluarkan dari oven sebelum sus matang.
Bisa juga panas ovennya kurang.

Untuk memanggang sus gunakan suhu tinggi. 200 derajat C dan lamanya 30
menit.
Selama manggang gak boleh dibuka.

Dijamin gak kempes again.

dear bundas,

tertarik dgn pembahasan kue soes kmrn, ak coba2 buat dengan resep sbb :

air 200ml
margarin 125gr
terigu 150gr
gula pasir 1sdm
telur 4 butir

saat pemanggangan soes mengembang dengan baik. ak panggang pake suhu 200
sesuai instruksi. setelah 'keringat2' menghilang baru ak buka ovennya,
tapi kok kue soesku kempes ya? mungkin bundas tahu apa penyebabnya?
mohon dishare ya bun, penasaran mo coba buat lagi.
