Format write protected dvd-r

Saya ingin menformat dvd-r yang baru saya beli, tapi tiba-tiba ada tulisan
"Write Protected" dan proses format terbatalkan. tolong bantu saya untuk
menformat dvd-r tersebut.

Setahu saya DVD-R memang hanya bisa sekali ditulisi, jadi tidak bisa
diformat. Langsung diisi saja.

Dvd-r memang gk bisa diformat dan hanya bisa ditulis sekali. Lain hal
nya dengan dvd-rw.

Di windowsw7 kan memang udah ada hard disk partition manager. Tekan
start,ketik kan hard disk partition di kotak kosong. Kalau memang mau
yg third party, coba magic hard disk partiton. Cari aja di google.

Menurut saya tidak perlu pake software,, karena w7 sendiri sudah mampu untuk membagi partisi tersebut, caranya klik kanan my computer terus manage trus disk management lalu pilih drive yang mw dipartisi terus klik kanan, shrink volume..
