Hello,

Does someone ask: what's happened when the potential difference
between electrodes in a electrolytic cell is lower then that
necessary for electrodes reactions?
According to actual definition of electric current, as a charge
movement, in this case, the electrolytic cell should comport like a
capacitor.
The results of the experiments are completely contrary to actual
theoretical prediction for solution and molten salts, as can be seen

FUZZy di mana nih

saya kasih tau fitur FUZZY logic yg terdapat pada mesin cuci otomatis ya

fuzzy logic itu adalah fitur yg memungkinkan mesin cuci mengatur seberapa banyak air, mode cucian yg digunakan, dan listrik yg disedot, menghabiskan berapa gram deterjen
karena fitur ini mempunyai sensor untuk mendeteksi seberapa banyak pakaian, seberapa kotor pakaian, bahan apa pakaian yg ingin dicuci itu

Konsep teori logika fuzzy pertama kali dikenalkan oleh Lotfi A. Zadeh
(1965) melalui teori himpunan fuzzy (fuzzy set). Konsep ini didasari oleh
kebutuhan untuk memperoleh metoda dalam memngembangkan analisis
dan mempresentasikan dari masalah riil di lapangan yang serba tidak
selalu tepat dan pasti.
Kontroler Logika Fuzzy (KLF) adalah suatu kontrol yang
menggunakan metodologi digital dalam melakukan proses pengontrolan
sistem. Proses pengontrolan dilakukan dengan strategi dan simulasi
sistem fisik yang alami artinya hasil proses kontrol mendekati kondisi riil
yang sesungguhnya.
Logika Fuzzy (fuzzy logic) adalah suatu logika yang menerapkan derajat
kebenaran secara samar (fuzzy), artinya logika fuzzy (fuzzy logic)
mempunyai derajat kebenaran berbentuk linguistik yang menyertakan
predikat kekaburan (fuzziness) sesuai proporsinya. Sebagai contoh
derajat kebenaran suhu dinyatakan dalam sangat dingin, dingin, sedang,
panas, sangat panas dan seterusnya. Bila dinyatakan dalam bilangan
logika bolean fuzzy maka derajat kebenarannya diantara interval 0
sampai dengan 1. Artinya derajat kebenaran bisa dirancang dari "0"􀀣:
suhu sangat dingin, "0.3"􀀣: suhu dingin , "0.5"􀀣: suhu sedang , "0.7"􀀣
suhu panas sampai "1.0"􀀣 suhu sangat panas.
Berbeda dengan logika konvensional, derajat kebenarannya
dinyatakan secara pasti (crispy) yaitu salah satu dari 2(dua) pilihan.
Definisi kebenarannya hanya berharga "0" atau "1" saja, tidak dapat
dinyatakan antara suhu sangat dingin, dingin, sedang sampai panas.
Dengan menggunakan sistem logika konvensional, dipastikan mengalami
kesulitan jika diinginkan pembagian suhu mendekati kondisi sebenarnya.

Chinese Government Scholarship scheme is established by the Ministry of
Education of China (hereinafter referred to as MOE) inaccordance with
educational exchange agreements or understandingsreached between Chinese
government and governments of other countries,organizations, education
institutions and relevant internationalorganizations to provide both
full scholarships and partialscholarships to international students and
scholars. MOE entrusts China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred
to as CSC)to handle the enrollment of international students and carry
out theroutine management of Chinese Government Scholarship Programs.

CATEGORIES

1. Undergraduate
2. Master degree
3. Doctoral degree
4. Chinese langauage student
5. General scholar
6. Senior scholar
Note:

1. Accordingto the regulation stipulated by MOE, all the
undergraduate programs areinstructed in Chinese. Applicants with no
command of Chinese aregenerally required to take Chinese language
courses for 1-2 yearsbefore starting their academic programs. Applicants
who apply for studyin science, engineering, agriculture, medicine
(western medicine),economics, management and law are required to take
Chinese languagecourses for 1 year. Applicants who apply for study in
literature,history, philosophy, and medicine (traditional Chinese
medicine,Chinese herb medicine) are required to take Chinese language
coursesfor 2 years.
2. Some courses setfor general scholars, senior scholars and
postgraduate students in someuniversities can be conducted in English.

APPLICATION
The applicants shall apply to Chinese diplomaticmissions or the

ELIGIBILITY
* Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
* Education background and age limit:
* Applicantsfor undergraduate programs must have senior high school
diploma withgood academic performance and be under the age of 25.
* Applicants for master degree programs must have bachelor's degree
and be under the age of 35.
* Applicants for Doctoral degree programs must have master's degree
and be under the age of 40.
* Chinese language students must have senior high school diploma and
beunder the age of 35, will study Chinese language program in China.
* General scholar candidates must have completed at least two years
ofundergraduate studies and be under the age of 45, may study all
majorsbesides Chinese language.
* Senior scholar candidates must have master's degree or above, or
holdacademic titles of associate professor or above, and be under the
ageof 50.

DETAILS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarships are divided into categories,

Full scholarship:

* Exempt from registration fee, tuitionfee, fee for laboratory
experiment, fee for internship, fee for basiclearning materials and
accommodation on campus;
* Living allowance;
* One-off settlement subsidy after registration;
* Fee for outpatient medical service, Comprehensive Medical
Insurance and Benefit Plan for International Students in China;
* One-off inter-city travel subsidy.
Partial scholarship
One or some items of the full scholarship (not including one-off
settlement subsidy and one-off inter-city travel allowance).

APPLICATION MATERIALS
The materials should reach CSC by April 30th 2009 via either theChinese
diplomatic mission in the applicant's home country or theembassy of the
applicant's home country in China. Individualapplications will not be
accepted by CSC. Application materials willnot be returned regardless of
the result of application.

CSC will send the List of Accepted Students, Admission Notice and Visa
Application Form for Study In China (JW201) to the relevant dispatching
authorities by July 31, who will forward the documents to the students.

Tidak ada larangan untuk mengenrich uranium, even for NPT countries.
Itu yang menjadi dasar Iran untuk memperjuangkan plant uranium
enrichment facilities.
