anti virus avast home free tidak bisa menghapus file yg terinfeksi oleh virus,muncul keterangan bahwa file not supported atau file incomplek,jadi tak bisa di hapus padahal file tsb sudah kena virus,mohon saran agar file tsb bisa di hapus,terima kasih

Ada dua cara:
1. Update anti virusnya ke yang lebih baru.
2. Ganti anti virusnya.

kalo di windows vista dan 7 pake resource monitor dah cukup, kalo windows XP bisa pake TCP view dari sysinternal di:
