3 Konsep Mudah Menjaring dan Mempertahankan Pengunjung

Sejak awal, perlu kita tanamkan kesuksesan situs web atau blog sangat
bergantung dari keberadaan pengunjung. Tanpa mereka, sebagus apapun
tampilan situs web atau blog anda atau sebaik apapun content anda,
semuanya menjadi tidak ada artinya.
Karena merekalah yang membuat uang mengalir ke kantong anda. Mereka
yang mengklik iklan anda, memakai jasa anda, membeli produk anda, dan
lainnya. Pendeknya, hidup-mati situs web atau blog anda sangat
bergantung pada keberadaan mereka. So, jangan pernah kecewakan mereka!
Secara umum, mereka ikut menyokong kesuksesan situs web/blog anda
dengan dua cara. Pertama, dengan berkunjung ke situs web/blog anda dan
syukur-syukur juga melakukan pembelian produk/jasa. Kalaupun tidak
membeli, paling tidak mereka sudah ikut membantu meningkatkan traffic.
Cara kedua yang mereka lakukan adalah dengan melakukan promosi kepada
orang lain. Bila situs web/blog anda bagus, tanpa segan mereka akan
merekomendasikannya pada orang lain. Dengan begitu anda dapat promosi
gratis. Syaratnya hanya satu, mereka akan melakukannya dengan senang
hati jika memang situs web/blog anda memenuhi kebutuhan mereka.
Dengan model promosi getok tular ini, penetrasi situs web anda bisa
lebih maksimal. Sebab kalau hanya mengandalkan iklan saja, pasti
terbentur dengan terbatasnya anggaran yang ada. Namun dengan
rekomendasi lewat mulut orang lain ini, anda bisa menjangkau pasar
yang lebih besar. Serta pada umumnya mereka lebih percaya terhadap
omongan orang daripada iklan.
Nah, begitu pengunjung pertama kali datang ke situs web/blog anda,
langkah selanjutnya adalah membuat mereka "ketagihan" datang.
Bagaimana caranya?
Ada tiga langkah menarik pengunjung dan membuat mereka menjadi
pelanggan situs web/ blog anda.
1. Rebut perhatian.
Pertama kali, situs web/blog anda harus bisa merebut perhatian
pengunjung. Artinya, begitu pertama kali datang, mereka langsung
terkesima dengan content maupun tampilan visual anda. Serta mereka tak
perlu tunggu lama untuk bisa membukanya. Buatlah situs web/blog anda
sebagai sebuah entertainment. Artinya, setiap yang datang bisa
terhibur serta mendapat "sesuatu" dari situs web anda. Dengan cara
ini, mereka pasti tak segan berkali-kali datang ke situs web/blog
anda. Yang penting pula diperhatikan, buat dan tampilkan ciri khas
diri anda. Ini penting untuk mempermudah pengunjung mengetahui
diferensiasi situs web/blog anda. Ciri khas ini paling gampang bisa
anda tampilkan dalam setiap posting anda. Sehingga umpama mereka
membaca tulisan anda di tempat lain, mereka bisa langsung tahu kalau
itu tulisan anda. Tak perlu ikut gaya orang lain, saya yakin anda
punya ciri atau gaya sendiri. Yang penting gaya anda itu kuat, unik,
dan disukai oleh pengunjung.
2. Jual diri anda. Konsep kedua adalah anda harus bisa menjual diri anda.
Setiap pengunjung yang datang ke situs web/blog anda dalam benaknya
biasanya bertumpuk pertanyaan berikut:
- Kenapa saya harus memilih situs web/blog anda dibanding yanglain?
- Kenapa saya harus bergabung dengan situs web/blog anda?
- Apa yang bisa saya dapatkan?
- Apakah isi situs web/ blog anda bisa memecahkan persoalan yang saya
hadapi? Kalau semua pertanyaan itu bisa terjawab dalam isi situs
web/blog anda, jangan kaget kalau pengunjung situs web anda membludak.
Intinya, anda bisa berikan jalan keluar atau solusi atas persoalan
pengunjung. Serta yakinkan pula anda orang yang tepat untuk mengatasi
persoalan mereka.
3. Kelola pengunjung loyal.
Memang butuh waktu untuk membuat situs web dan blog yang dicintai
banyak orang. Tapi kalau mereka sudah jadi loyal, dengan suka rela
mereka akan melakukan apapun untuk situs web/blog anda. Bukan hanya
merekomendasikan situs web/blog anda pada orang lain, tapi bahkan akan
membelanya mati-matian. Bagaimana cara melakukannya? Bukan dengan
menawarkan produk, tapi dengan selalu memberikan ide, saran, konsep,
filosofi yang mereka butuhkan. Kalau anda hanya gembar-gembor tentang
produk anda, di mata mereka, anda tak lebih dari sales produk! Lakukan
ini secara konsisten serta jaga selalu hubungan dengan mereka. Sekali
lagi ini butuh waktu. Baca juga cara menggaet pelanggan setia dan cara
