assalamu`alaikum wr wb,
coba deh dengan menambahkan garam secukupnya dan air kapur sirih beberapa sendok kedalam beras yang telah bersih, aduk rata, baru diisikan kedalam cangkang ketupat, rebus selama 8 jam. selamat mencoba.

Mohon info kalo ada yg tau beli tepung larut/ tepung garut (cmiiw) dan kulit pastry yg udh jadi dimana ya? aku pernah cari di carre4 tp gax ada, kira2 di care4 mana ya yg ada...

Coba dilihat aja mba, proteinnya berapa gram...kalo yang sedang
proteinnya 9,2 gr....kalo dibawah itu berarti rendah...
