Salam kenal mbak Vena....
kalau aku biasa beli kulit pastry itu di bandung mbak...
di toko setiabudi ada n ada juga di Superindo Jl.setiabudi
namanya PUFF PASTRY mbak....
tapi kalau tepung aku ga tau....heehehe...

Klo legit sih krn ditambah sedikit garam + berasnya diberi air kapur sirih
dikit

Klo biar awet. direbusnya harus lama.. paling tidak 6 jam (boros gas yaa he
he) dan setelah matang digantung biar semua airnya turun

Nastarnya dioven lagi, dgn suhu sekitar 150 celcius. Jika pake oven yg ditangkringkan di atas kompor, umumnya nastar2 yg posisinya di tengah, waktu pemanggangan pertama,  (bagian bawahnya) cpt gosong, jadi nanti yg keliatan lbh coklat berada di pinggir.

Mungkin waktu disimpan masih panas atau hangat
Mungkin juga tutup toplesnya ngak rapat (biasanya kalau disusun dalam toples cantik, aku pasang cling wrap untuk mengurangi masuknya udara juga mencegah semut)
kalau karena pakai keju edam....alhamdulill ah hasil nastar keju saya masih baik-baik aja disimpan di toples sampai berhari-hari.
